booking number and your email address below:
How can I update or cancel my booking?
Once you sign in, you may do so online or alternatively you can email us and
please include your booking number. One of our reservation agents will swiftly
get back to you with a response but please note that an amendment or
cancellation fee will apply.
I have lost my voucher, what do I do?
Once you sign in above, you will see a link "Print your voucher" next to the
Status field so you may print another copy.
How do I check the status
of my booking?
You can check the status of your existing booking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please sign in above check the status of your booking will appear at the top of
the page, but we will always notify by email when the status is changed when you
need to make a payment or print your voucher for example.
