The Al Dente Restaurant opened in 1992, offers mouth watering dishes presented by our excellent Italian chef who made Al Dente restaurant a leading one in downtown Beirut. On the menu is a wonderful choice of Italian and French "Grands Crus" wine, sumptuous dishes and desserts all offered in a graceful atmosphere appropriate for lunch or supper.

At the Restaurant, Chef Nicola Offredi, tutored by Sergio Mei and influenced by international cuisine, offers fresh pasta, traditional risotto, Persian Beluga caviar, a delicate mixture of cherry "Compote" aromatized with balsamic vinegar, "Tiramisu" and many other tempting dishes.

You can enjoy the exquisite cuisine on hand-made tables brought in from Damascus allowing you to relax in a "Salon Particulier" where every piece of furniture is unique in its style. You could even enjoy your meal on the Terrace.
