RESTAURANTS AND
BARSThe restaurant overlooking the square and fountain, serves international and Lebanese cuisine in a very welcoming atmosphere.
The special hall (Abou Ahmad's Hall)
The southern gallery (Hawaneet)
The northern gallery (El Khan)
The western hall (El Leewan)
The hall (El Kanater Hall)
The kitchens
On the left part of the restaurant we find the Leewan (the large hall) which is separated from the diner's hall by a quintuple vault and ends with a tripartite mandaloon window lobed in the center and built with white and yellow rocks. The hall ceiling is partitioned with cypress beams.
The special hall called "Abou Ahmad's house" contains Lebanese traditional and architectural elements characteristic of the Lebanese house, such as hives of different sizes and the "Yuk" were mattresses and bed sheets are stored during day time, in addition to the hearth, the jar holders, the old wooden doors pertaining to ruined traditional houses. This room is characterized by many things:
First: The groined vaulted ceiling built with sandstones just like the rest of the project, of which there are ancient elements of lighting dangling.
Second: The door leading to Noura's Alley made of an old thresher that was recycled and transformed into a door after adding an old iron handle and the necessary hinges.
Third: The indirect lighting system coming out from inside the elements, especially small breaches where ancient brassware is displayed.
Fourth: Its floor level is lower than that of the diner's hall, so it can be reached after descending 3 steps, which isolates it from the diner hall and adds to it a special intimate atmosphere.
There are 2 corridors in Sahat Ain Addaya's restaurant, a southern one overlooking the outer square, and a northern one that overlooks the fountain square.
At the end of the northern corridor to the east, we find the Diwaniya (oriental sitting room) furnished the oriental way.
RECREATIONAssaha Park is a large space full of entertainment games in harmony with the village's environment, such as swings made of wood and braided rope, in addition to sand basins for rounds of marble games, etc.
Day care, where an expert babysitter will take care of your child if you are engaged in a meeting lunch or going out.
