RESTAURANTS AND BARS

Indigo on the roof – rooftop restaurant with spectacular views of the city and a stunning wine wall, offering modern food combined with classic Mediterranean dishes. Grilled beef will be the house specialty – open for breakfast from 7am till 11am, lunch from 12h30 till 3h30pm and dinner from 7h30pm till 11h30pm.

Gordon’s Café – serving light lunch, healthy salads and regional dishes with the very best local vegetables, herbs and spices and offering coffee, tea with mouth-watering home made pastries, scones, cookies and tarts – open from 10am till 11pm.

Pool lounge – a remarkable poolside terrace offering morning continental breakfast, healthy lunches and private dining. In addition to the sunny terrace, it has an air-conditioned lounge – open from 7am till sunset.

Cigar Lounge – a place to chill out with friends or meet for business, serving whiskeys and cognacs plus an interesting selection of cigars – open from 11am to past midnight.

Bar ThreeSixty – a cocktail bar set in a circular room with astonishing 360 degree views over the city, mountains and Mediterranean Sea. The bar has a blue grand piano, color-lit tables and comfortable seats and chairs set around a glass atrium.
