+ Location was great, and Alaa provided an excellent service. He was helpful and got everything we needed. Fireplace and TV were fantastic.

- Small bathroom, no towels. [It is advertised on the chalet web page to bring your own towels. Otherwise they're provided upon request. Thank you]

+ Staff (especially Clarie) very helpful and make you feel welcome. Very comfortable and clean. Wonderful views from our room of the ski slopes. Keep up the good work. We know that you will maintain the hotel in excellent condition when it is more used.

- Temperatures in the room are excessively warm.

+ We really enjoyed our time. We really liked the fireplace, the space was fine, we had great weather and a nice time with New Year.

- The bar under the apartments (we had an apartment on the first floor) played sometimes loud music. I don’t know if they do it often, but you can hear it really good in the apartment.

+ It was right in front of the slopes and the room was spacious and let in a lot of natural light.

- The water was not hot at times, but nothing other than that.

+ I like the location of the hotel and the room was very good clean and I like the fire place wonderful.

- The only thing I didn't like it or actually I advise you to put towels in the room if your place is a hotel.

+ Its location near the slopes

- The parking issue. We were informed once we got there that check in is at 4PM and this is really not normal since the roads are not safe after 3PM. The staff managed to deliver our rooms once we got there, they were really nice.

+ Nice and cosy.

- No hair dryer. The heater was close at 10 o'clock am little bit early.
