Melanie Dwyer - Kuwait - Nov 12, 2011 The staff were lovely. It was like staying in someone's home, as when you walked up the stairs into the main room gramma was sitting on a sofa, and grandpa was watching tv. The location seems a little bit dodgy at first - down an alleyway (arriving at night was unnerving), but it was great once we got used to it. Pierre helped us set up a driver to take us wherever we wanted once we left Tripoli. Very helpful, and very kind.
Being family owned and operated, Pension Al Koura boasts numerous attractive attributes. It is a typical Lebanese lodging. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient for an on-foot tour of Tripoli. Visitors will feel at ease at the hotel thanks to its unique, friendly setting.
