How to book your stay?
It wouldn't take you more than 3 steps to book any of the offered services:
1- SELECT YOUR ACCOMMODATION:
To do that, you can use the search box or browse the hotels by region, theme or activity.
2- CALCULATE THE PRICE:
After selecting the desired number of rooms and additional services, click on the Calculate Price button to see an immediate quote based on your selection. You can repeat this step or continue if you feel satified with your selection.
3- BOOK IT:
Once you agree on the booking conditions, provide your Personal Information and click on the Book It button. You will receive an email with a summary of your booking and containing a unique booking number (if you don't see it in your Inbox, check your Junkmail folder).
At this stage, if our reservations system finds immediate availability, you will be redirected to the secure payment page in order to finalize the booking. Your booking status will first be set to "Awaiting Full Payment
" and few hours later to "Print Voucher
" once payment is processed. You will be notified by email.
Otherwise, if the requested accommodation needs verification, our travel assistant will get back to you within few hours to confirm availability or suggest alternatives. Your booking status will be "Checking Availability
". When availability is confirmed, you will be informed by email and your status will be set to "Awaiting Full Payment
". You will have 24 hours during which you need to sign in and submit your payment details.
What to do with your voucher
Once all your booking payment(s) are settled, your final booking status will be set to "Print Voucher
". This voucher acts as a proof of booking and must be kept with you during your stay. The booking leader name and all requested services will be communicated to the suppliers so you simply need to show your voucher for verification purposes. How to cancel your booking
