Traveler FAQ

For your convenience, we have compiled below a set of frequently asked questions by travelers to help you book in confidence and clarity. If your questions remain unanswered, please email [email protected] and we would be glad to promptly assist.

How can I order a special request for the room?
Just drop us an email and we will coordinate with the hotel or with our own suppliers to fulfill your request. Normally we receive special requests for honey suites decorations, special celebrations, etc.

Are the rates on per room or per person?
Rates are shown per room per night and are applicable for the current period. When you proceed with your online booking, the total stay rate will appear.

What's the difference between a Single, a Double and a Twin room type?
A Single room has one bed suitable for one person only. A Double room has a large bed (Queen or King) for 2 persons. A Twin room has 2 Single beds.

How can I request an extra beds in the room?
When booking online, and if the number of persons exceeds 2, our system will automatically show you room types that can take an extra bed (normally double rooms). Please note that extra beds are normally suitable for ages up to 12. Most hotels allow up to one extra bed only in each room.

Are there any hidden fees or extras?
No! Rest assured that all our rates are inclusive of all taxes and breakfast (wherever it applies). You will only be charged for optional incidentals like phone calls from room, mini-bar, etc.

Do I pay a reservation fee?
No! We do not charge reservation fees.

Do you charge the credit card to secure the booking and what if I need to cancel?
Yes, booking online and saving on the hotel rates requires you to make the full payment before checking-in. In case of cancellation, the hotel's cancellation policy found on your voucher gets applied and we will proceed with the refunds if necessary.

What are your payment methods?
We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards. American Express can be used but it's a lengthy process and a surcharge of 3% is added to your bill. You can also make a bank transfer or pay cash via Western Union, MoneyGram or at our office.

What are the hotels' check-in and check-out times?
In most hotels you can check-in starting 2PM and check-out at noon. However, it is better to read the hotel's page because some of them apply different times.
